NousOps provides landing pages and waitlist signup forms for products in development. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis and is currently in beta. Features, availability, and functionality may change without notice.

  • You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • You may not attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service

5. Beta Disclaimer

Products featured on NousOps may be in early development or conceptual stages. Signing up for a waitlist does not guarantee access to any product, nor does it constitute a purchase or binding agreement. Product features, pricing, and availability are subject to change.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NousOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
